In Memoriam February 12th

1686 Elizabeth (Lovell) Perkins the daughter of Thomas Lovell at age 57.  Elizabeth was born in England in 1629.  She married Sergeant Jacob Perkins in 1648 and they had nine children:  Elizabeth, John, Judith, Mary, Jacob, Matthew, Hannah, Joseph and Jabez. 

1871 Mary (Colclasure) Hardin in Effingham Co., IL aged 72.  The daughter of Abraham & Abigail (Dennen) Colclasure she was born in Hardin Co., KY in 1798.  She married John Hardin in Orange Co., IN in 1817 and they had eleven children:  Stephen, Abram, Elisha, John, Aaron, Leander, Susan, Abby, Sarah, Martha and Mary.  She is buried in Bible Grove Cemetery in Clay Co., IL.

1908 Elmer Smith age 2 months the son of John & Sophia (Schmidt) Smith.

1918 Gustav Suter son of Gustav & Eloise (Hoyer) Suter died in St. Jacob, IL at age 55.  He was born in Marine, IL in 1862 and married Itha Smith in 1884.  They had five children:  Leo, Malinda, Linda, Ella and Louis.  

1933 Dora (McCawley) Robertson in Wayne Co., IL age 58.  She married David Robertson in 1892 and they had five children:  Barney, James, Billy, Hobart and Mary.  Dora is buried in Pin Oak Cemetery in Wayne Co., IL. - photo

1991 Eldren Smith aged 74 the son of John & Sophia (Schmidt) Smith and brother of Elmer above.
