1975 Dempy Lathrop, 88, of
Sumner Rt. 2, passed away at 11 p.m. Friday at Richland Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Sumner, Lawrence County, Jan. 23, 1887.
Mr. Lathrop farmed in Lawrence County all his life until his retirement. He was a lifelong member of the Prairie Chapel Church north of Sumner.
In 1910, he married Leafa Hutchinson.
Surviving are his wife, Leafa, two sons, Gail Lathrop of Olney and Wendel Lathrop of Charleston; daughter Mrs. Audrey McElroy of St. Louis, Mo.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Veva Wagner of Sumner.
Mr. Lathrop was preceded in death by a sister and six brothers.

Ida (Robertson) Clardy age 88 in Hanford, CA the daughter of Amos & Lula
(Cravens) Robertson. She was born Grand
Valley in 1914 and married John Clardy in 1935.
They have two children: Daniel and David. Ida is buried at the Campo
Santo Columbarium in Oakhurst, CA.
