A Distribution of ye Estate of Sergt William Judd Late of ffarmington Deceast as it was made by us ye subscribers Decemb'r ye 27th 1690. pursuent to an act of ye adjourned Court held at Hartford Novemb'r 5, 1690
To ye widdow for her Dower during life yn ye Reale Estate:
to "my son-in-law William Judd one third part of my land called Cock's Crook" . . . to "my sons-in-law William and Thomas Judd my now dwelling house and barn, house lot, yards, garden, orchard" after "mine and my wife's departure out of this natural life"; . . . residue to "my two sons-in-law William and Thomas Judd and do make them my sole executors."
