1689 Lt. Samuel
Loomis in Westfield, MA the son of Joseph & Mary (White) Loomis was
61. Born in England in 1628 he
immigrated to New England with his parents in 1638. Samuel married Elizabeth Judd in 1653 and
they had ten children: Ruth, Sarah, Joanna, Benjamin, Nehemiah, William,
Philip, Mary, Samuel and Elizabeth.
1842 Peter Cornwell
age 62 the son of Simon Cornwell died in Orange Co., IN. Born in 1780 in Virginia and he married
Elizabeth Arterburn. The couple had four
children: Nancy, Elizabeth, Simon and William.
Peter is buried on the family farm in Orange Co., IN. Tombstone inscription: Sacred to the memory of Peter Cornwell, who was born 12 June 1780. Married 1 June 1802. Died 1 Oct. 1842.
1923 Mary
(Fitzgerald) Toliver, 69 daughter of James & Elizabeth (Taylor)
Fitzgerald. She married Henry Toliver
and they had at least one daughter Dora.
1973 Elmer Oliver in
Louisville, IL the son of Samuel & Gaynell (White) Oliver, he was 62. He was born in Sailor Springs, IL in
1911. Elmer married Juanita Freeman in
1939 and they had two children: unnamed
child and John.
