Mary E. Fitzgerald, 77, of Fairfield, died at 7:57 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2020, at Aperion Care in Fairfield, IL. She had been a homemaker.
Mary was born on September 21, 1943 in Fairfield, IL to Clarence & Rosella (Rush) Nancy. She married John Fitzgerald, Jr. on February 7, 1966, and he preceded her in death in 2015.
Survivors include one daughter Cherlyn (Mike) Hill of Utah, four grandchildren, Niko, Alia, Annabelle and Mattias Hill, two sisters, Linda Meritt of Fairfield and Beverly Hamilton of Hamilton, MO. Along with her husband John Fitzgerald, she was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Darlene, and one brother Gale Naney.
Graveside services for Mary Fitzgerald will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3rd at Koontz Cemetery south of Fairfield. Family & friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
