1717 - May 2 - age 27 Rowland paid William Clarke £1, 12s, 11d from his father's estate
1719 - June 13 - age 29 division of his father's estate:
2ly Rowland Powell ye eldest son hath received the sum of thirty nine pounds & three shillings & ten pence.1731 - Nov. 26 - Rowland Powell and his wife Mary, both of Lebanon, sold land there to William Clark.
1746 - Oct. 21 - Rowland & Mary Powell sold land in Lebanon, CT to Jonathan Goodwin.
1735-1738 - Thomas Newcomb kept an account book in Lebanon, CT from 1735-1738. Roland, Stephen and Truman Powell all had accounts with Newcomb.
1753 - Aug. 17 - Rowland & Mary Powell of Lebanon deeded land partly in Lebanon and partly in Windham to Rowland Powell, Jr. who in exchange was to support them for the rest of their lives.
1771 - April - Rowland & Mary Powell and their son Rowland deeded land to Charles Hinkley.
