A writ for his arrest was swore out by a Mr. Gill, who, with his wife, had been attending on Mrs. Fitzgerald during her illness. Are we related to this guy? What happened?

I think I have amassed at least 10 Illinois books. I have been looking for Susannah on the 1880 census without any luck. Today I searched for Susannah Hockenberger and found her living on the Wayne County Poor Farm in Lamard Township. She is listed as follows:
Susannah died three years later and is buried with her first husband Leonard Cagle Gurley in Bailey Cemetery north of Wayne City.
