Florence. Theodore is buried in Girard
Cemetery in Girard, IL.
2003 Blanche
(Hendershot) Duckworth O’Neal Savage, 92, of Enfield died early Sunday morning, May
11, 2003 at the White County Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Elledge Funeral Home in Enfield with burial in Enfield Cemetery. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Savage was born April 18, 1911 in White County, the daughter of Dayton and Rose Earhart Hendershott. She married John Anderson Duckworth and Rev. James C. Savage and they both preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Church of Chicago Heights, and Sue (Gus) Duvall of Enfield; two sons, Robert Doyle (Nina) Duckworth of Maunie and Billy Dean (Diana) Duckworth of Ridgway; one sister, Francis Gwaltney of Carmi; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, two brothers and one sister.
