Died Dec. 1757 Essex County, Virginia, her son John paid for 2 coffins out of his father's estate and makes mention of his mother's sickness and burying them.

1737 - May 16 - Essex County, VA - Deed [the clerk had a thing about using t for c in a lot of words]
This Indenure made this Sixteenth day of May in this year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred thirty & seven Between Benjamin Beasley of the parish of Saint Ann in the County of Essex & Colony of Virginia of the one part and Mark Boulware of the parish County & Colony aforesd. of the other part. Witnessesth that this sd. Benjamin Beasley for an in Consideration of the sum of one thousand & thirty pounds of tobacco by this said Mark Boulware to the said Bemjamin Beasley in hand paid before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Benjamin Beasley Doth hereby Conffess and Acknowledge hath by these presents Granted and by theses presents doth grant bargain ask alien Enfeof(?) and confirm unto the sd. Mark Boulware his heirs an assigns for --- one Certain parcel of land lying situate and being in the parrish County & Colony aforesaid Bounded as followeth - Beginning at small red Oke and --- corner to the Lands of John Hillard(?) Silvester(?) Patty and also to the sd. Mark Boulware's whereon Augustine Atherton now lives thents bounding with the said Mark Boulware line to the sd. Benj'n Beasley's Spring branth thents down the Same binding thereon its Several Courses to John Joins(?) deceased Land thents with his line of the sd. Land binding thereon and crossing Dorss's(?) Spring branth to a white oak Corner to the said Joins(?) deceased. Standing in the said John Willards line thents with the same binding thereon to the first mentioned beginning Including by Estimation ten acres be it more or less Together will all and Singular the profits comodities hereditaments and appurtensants whatsoever to the said land belonging or in any wise appertaining & reversion & reversions & remainder & remainders rents and Servites . . . whatsoever the Quitrents which Shall hereafter bestow due to our Sovereign Lord the King his heirs & Successors Only . . . And also that he the said Benjamin Beasley his heirs etc. will acknowledge this deed in Essex County Court to the sd Mark Boulware his heirs and assigns and that his wife Elizabeth will then and there relinquish her rite of Dower in the premises when thereunto required. In Witness where of the aforesaid Benjamin Beasley to these presents hath hereunto set his hand & fixed his seal the day and year first above written.

Be it remembered that on the Sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred thirty and seven full and passable possession & Seizon was given and delivered by the within named Benjamin Beasley to the within named Mark Boulware of the land and premises within mentioned by Turf and twigg to hold to him the said Mark Boulware his heirs and assigns forever attording to the true jutsut and meaning of the within written Indenture in the presents of

At a Court held for Essex County at Tapp'a on the xxth day of September Anno Dom'i MCDCCXXXvii Benjamin Beasley atknowledged this Indenture with the livery & Seizon thereon endorsed to Mark Boulware to be his act and deed and then Elizabeth Beasley freely relinquished her right of Dower of & in the lands & premises Conveyed by this deed which on the motion of he sd. Mark Boulware is admitted to retord. Test. Beverly ---
