Clarissa Young, b. 1821, d. 1851 daughter of Isaiah & Susannah (Berry) Young.  Isaiah may be son of George Young.

  • Michael G. Young, b. April 4, 1800, d. Jan. 4, 1877
  • Susan Young b. May 5, 1812, d. Aug. 1, 1871 aged 59 years, 2 months, 27 days - this is Susan (Dawson) Young, Michael's second wife.
  • John W. Pearce b. Feb. 20, 1830, d. Nov. 23, 1888 
  • Julia A. Pearce b. Aug. 6, 1830, d. May 14, 1887, obituary published in the Shelby Sentinel June 2, 1887, p. 7, 2nd column.
Eads Cemetery, north of Simpsonville on Kentucky 1848 1 1/2 miles left on Noland Road, 1/2 mile, 2600 SW of farm in grove of trees.  An Emily Young buried there, born 1811, d. July 19, 1834 age 23 years.  Stone is supposed to be gone.  This is probably Michael Young's first wife Emily (Hocker) Young.

Manderville G. Elston - was his middle name Goodnight?  Is that the connection to Michael G. [Goodnight] Young?

Hill, Bob. The Stout House, nd. The Ben Stout house located in southeastern Jefferson Co., Kentucky.  He was the son of Robert & Elizabeth (Holt) Stout and he married Charlotte Hause.   Benjamin was  born 1827 in Jefferson Co., Kentucky.
