Gen. 1. Edward Parks, progenitor was in Baltimore Co. by 1705 as a taxable in Spesutia Hundred, md. Dorothy (--?--) on 2 March 1720 was conveyed 100 acres Expectation by Thomas & Mary Morris; on 16 No. 1728 Edmund Parks (sic) recorded a bond to Simon Jackson whereby Parks promised to convey to him 100 acres of a larger tract called Expectation; in 1724 Edmund Parks conveyed property to his son Robert.
