1800 - Fayette Co., PA - a David Parks family with 3 males -10, 1 male 26-44 and 1 female 26-44

1800 - Huntingdon Co., PA - a David Parks household with 1 male 26-44, 1 female 26-44 and 3 males -10

1800 + - Fayette Co., PA - a David Parks is said to have run a tavern after 1800, no specific date is given.

1810 - Fayette Co., PA - a David Parks family with 1 male 45+, 1 male 10-15, 2 males 16-25, 1 female 45+, 2 females -10, 1 female 10-15, 1 female 26-44.  This is probably the same family as listed above in 1800.  It's possible that there are three generations living in this household.

1820 - Huntingdon Co., PA - a David Parks household with 1 male 45+, 1 male -10, 1 male 10-15, 2 males 16-25, 1 female 45+, 4 females -10, 2 females 10-15, probably the same family as living in Huntingdon Co. in 1800.

The Huntingdon County Parks are less likely to be David Parks as it is east of Bedford County where his son Thomas is said to have been born.  The Fayette County Parks are more likely to be our family as that is west of Bedford County.
