1760 Fauquier Co., VA - bargain and sale between John Henry and Mary, his wife, and Thomas Toms £5 for 50 acres (surveyed by George Hume) signed John (x) Henery, Mary (x) Henery.  Witnesses G. Wheatley, Joseph Sebastin, Wm. Sturdy.  Recorded 28 August 1760.

1760 Fauquier Co., VA - bargain and sale between John Henry and Mary, his wife and Joseph Sebastian £6 for 50 acres, tract of land taken up by Owen Grinnen for which he obtained a patent and by Owen Grinnen conveyed by deed unto Jesper Billings by Billings unto George Henry by George Henry, by deed of gift to his son John Henry, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the county of Prince William.  Signed: John (x) Henry, Mary (x) Henry.  Witnesses: George Wheatley, Thos. Allin, John Duncan. Recorded 28 August 1760, with memorandum and receipt. 

1768 Fauquier Co., VA - bargain & sale between John Henry, planter & Mary, his wife and John Henry, cousin to said John £9.10s for 80 acres part of tract George Henry, father to John Henry bought of Jasper Billings in 1742 on Summer Duck Run signed John (x) Henry, Mary (x) Henry.  Witnessed by Wm. Blackwell, Thos. Matthews, Joseph Odor.  Recorded 27 June 1768, acknowledged by grantors. 

1768 Fauquier Co., VA - bargain & sale between William Courtney & Mary, his wife and Richard Lewis of King George Co. £3.15s for 37 acres part of tract said Courtney now lives on, on Rock Run, corner to 2 acres sold Lewis and Jos. Blackwell by John Courtney, corner to grant surveyed by John Chilton to the mill dam at the Western of the dwelling house along the dam to the Tumbling dam.  Signed William Courty.  Witnesses: Jos. Blackwell, John Chilton, John (x) Henry, recorded 24 Oct. 1768, acknowledged by grantor.

1782 Fauquier Co., VA - a deed of gift between John Kelly & Mary his wife and Joseph Henry for natural love and affection they hold for Joseph Henry a tract of 42 1/2 acres on Persimon Run in a line of Knoxe's to Homes's dividing line on a branch of Persimmon Run thence down the meanders of branch to Persimmon run.  Witnesses: George Threlkeld, Michael Glass, Joseph Henry, John (x) Henry, Benjamin Frazer, recorded 25 Nov. 1782.

1784 Fauquier Co., VA - Bargain and sale between James Kelly of Guilford Co., NC and Joseph Kelly of Fauquier and Joseph Henry for £60 parcel, 200 acres more or less by Edward Homes's line, Thomas Kelly's line, William Grant's by Ludwell's now Knox.  Witnesses John Fuel, Michael Glass, John (x) Henry, recorded 25 Oct. 1784, proved by oath of John Fewell, Michael Glass and John Henry witnesses.

1791 Fauquier Co., VA - a John Henry served as bondsman for the marriage of William Henry & Molly Brooks on December 12
