Susan (--?--) aka SusannahThere is speculation that Susan was a Rush or a Wright. There was a Burrell Rush living near the family in Rowan Co., NC and she named a son Burrell. The Wrights and Parrishes intermarried a great deal. It's possible that she was a Wright.

Married: Ancel Parrish aka Edward Parrish ca. 1779. There is some speculation that she was his second wife.

1790 census - Warren Co., NC an Edward Parrish family, may be our Edward. The family consists of Edward age over 16, 2 sons under 16 and 4 females.
1800 census - Salsibury, NC an Edward Parrish family. Susan, age 41 was living with Edward and seven children.
1810 census - the family is not found on the census
1820 census - Rowan Co., NC - age 61, Susan living with Edward and one son.
1826 - Ancel Parrish moved with his family to Putnam County, Indiana. It is unknown whether Susan was still living and moved with him.
1830 census - family not found on census
