1654 at age 7.
1660 – Elizabeth
& Mary Judd the daughters of Sgt. William & Mary (Steele) Judd were
baptized. They were not twins.
1684 – Elizabeth
Janes the daughter of Abel & Mary (Judd) Janes
1839 – Eliza Clark
daughter of Samuel & Phebe (Sayre) Clark
Megan Zirkle the
daughter of Robert & Karen (Fink) Zirkle
Anniversaries:
1856 – David Erwin
& Eliza Fitzgerald. This was a
second marriage for both. Eliza born
1832 in Indiana was the daughter of Derritt & Mary (Slaven)
Fitzgerald. She and David had two
sons. David died in 1866 and Eliza died
in 1891.
1911 – Charles
Godfrey & Helen Lathrop in Clayton, MO. Helen born 1893 in Allenton, MO was
the daughter of Ezra & Nancy (Boly) Lathrop. She married 2nd John Rucker in
1913 and 3rd Joseph Moore in 1925.
Helen died in Missouri in 1944.

1928 – Lyman Gurley
& Cora Baldridge at Elston Gurley’s home in Wayne City, IL. Lyman's niece Rosalie Gurley and nephew Harold Erkman stood up with them and were allowed to sign the marriage license even though they were thirteen years old. Lyman was born 1907 in Wayne Co. IL the son
of James & Lou (Speer) Gurley. Cora,
the daughter of George & Phoebe (Lane) Baldridge was born in Jefferson Co.
IL in 1909. They had no children. Lyman served in the army between 1943 to 1945
in Ft. Sill, OK at the 6th Battalion Field Artillery School. In December 1958, Lyman gave my mother away at her wedding. He died in a tractor accident on his farm in February 1959. Cora married 2nd
Clarence Miller in 1969. Cora died 1982
at her home in Wayne City, IL. She is
buried with Lyman in Thomason Cemetery, Wayne City, IL.
