Item I give to my dear and loving wife Rebeckah Cutter the full improvement of a third part of my lands and the Est [east] end of my now dwelling house during her natural life, and a third part of my moveable Estate to be at her own despose forever. 1723 - April 29 - Middlesex Co., MA - Rebecca & some of her children appeared in probate court where the children consented to give her 1/3 of the moveable estate of William Cutter.
1723 - May 6 - Middlesex Co., MA - Rebecca & her sons appeared in probate court to have William Cutter's will proved.
1739 - Menotomy [Arlington] Church - Rebecca gave £6 toward defraying the cost of communion utensils.
