1941 Mary (Wiegele)
Erkman in Saline Co., IL age 70, she was the daughter of Frank Wiegele. Mary was born in Straussburg, Germany in 1871
and immigrated to Indiana in 1885 where she married John Erkman in 1890. They had eleven children: infant child,
Mamie, Elizabeth, William, Everett, Clarence, infant child, Irene, Mary ,
George and Mildred. She is buried in Big
Ridge Cemetery in Saline Co., IL.
