1768 William Cornwell son of Simon Cornwell.  He died in Orange Co., IN in 1845

1797 Mary Trinkle in either Virginia or Illinois.  She was the wife of Jacob Colclasure and died in 1859 in Clay Co., IL.

1883 Mary Zeller in White Co., IL the daughter of John & Clara (Erkman) Zeller.  She died in 1968.

Marriages:

1892 John Wilkin & Mary Smith.  John was born in Orange Co., IN in 1866.  Mary the daughter of Jacob & Margaret (Wood) Smith was born in 1873.  This was the second marriage for both and they had six children.   He married 1) Mary Stanley in 1890.  They had a daughter and divorced in 1892; 3) Mary Cook in 1911 and they had a daughter.  John died in 1935.  Mary married 1) ? Potter.  She died in 1911.

1921 John Barr & Ruby Gurley in Colorado Springs, CO where they homesteaded for a bit.  John born 1895 in Wayne Co., IL was the son of J.T. & Alice (Johnson) Barr.  Ruby the daughter of James & Lou (Speer) Gurley was born 1901 in Wayne Co. IL.  The couple had a son John Jr. called Jackie. John & Ruby were divorced in Cook County, IL in 1932.  Jackie was raised by John’s parents in Sims, IL.  John married 2) Mary Shatte in 1932.  He died in Paso Robles, CA in 1960 and is buried in Hopewell Cemetery in Wayne Co., IL.  Ruby married 2) Bert Musteen in 1933 and lived most of her life on a farm outside Cameron, MO.  She worked as a nurse and midwife.  Ruby died in Fairfield, IL in 1984 and is buried in Thomason Cemetery in Wayne Co., IL.
