Kermon Thomasson letter Nov. 17, 1982 to Shirley Bassett 3rd paragraph
But there's always something else ahead to anticipate. Yesterday, I got a copy of a book Draper Families in America by five women in Cookeville, Tenn., published in 1965. The progenitor of the family is a Thomas Draper & from the names of his children it looks almost certain he was, brother of my g-g-g-g-g grandfather Solomon Draper of Person Co., NC. But when I suggested this to one of the compilers she sniffed "Possible, but not probable."
