Heirs & the Sums or sums arising there from to be paid to my Wife & Children or Heirs as follows that is to say first payment of the same to be Equally Divided between my Wife & my sons Abraham, Jacob, Daniel and Dautors Susanna & Mary the remaining part of my said Estate is also to be paid to my said heirs as follows that is to say to my wife Mary as Much as will make her Total Amount to One Hundred Pounds & the Remaining part to be Equally Divided & paid to the Above Named sons & Daughtors & the personal property of my Estate to be Appraised and Safely Kept to the use of Beloved Wife Mary till my Real Estate sold & Desposed of as Above mentioned then the same to be Divided amongst my Above mentioned sons & Daughtors or Other Wise to be sold by publick Vandue by my Executor of this my Last will and Testament and also Give and Bequeath my Beloved Wife Mary free & peacible & Just prosession of all my real Estate to Enjoy the Same from the Day of my Death to the Day of Sale of my Real Estate as Above Mentioned and I Do make ordain and appoint my Beloved wife Mary & my Brother Abraham Colglazor my sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament in Trust for the Intent & purpose in this my will Contained In Witness Whereof I the said John Colglazor have to this my Last Will & Testament set my hand & seal the Day & year first written
