Died: by 1840 if he is the husband of Nancy

Married: Nancy Sullivan Sep. 1, 1819 - this marriage occurred, are these our grandparents? 

I'm still trying to sort out this information.

1765 - John Dove Sr. & his wife born by, possibly earlier

1781 - John Dove Jr. born by, possibly earlier

1783 - James Dove born by, possibly earlier

1784 - Henry Dove probably born

1788 - David Dove born by this date, possibly older, moved to Pulaski County after 1810 as
he would have been at least 22, not part of the four households.  He only appears in tax lists, not as head of household.  Could be an older man, brother of John Sr. 

1790 - Nancy (Wilson) Dove probably born

1794 - Richard Dove probably born

1801-1809 - son of John Dove Jr. born; three sons of James Dove born, Henry Dove's son born

1804 - John Dove who appears in 1825 tax list born by 1804, possibly the John who married Nancy Sullivan in 1819.  Could be born by 1801 and belong to John Jr., James or Henry, see above.

1814 - Kentucky Militia - James Dove, private, Captain John Evans' Company, Kentucky Detached Militia, November 10, 1814, 6 months engaged, fought in the Battle of New Orleans.  I need to find out if he was killed there.  He doesn't show up in the 1820 census.
