1860 Wayne Co., IL - Four Mile Twp. age 39 living with Mary and six children.  Minor is listed as a farmer with real estate valued at $600 and personal estate at $266.

1865 Wayne Co., IL - Four Mile Twp. age 43.  There are seven children in the home.

1870 Jefferson Co., IL - Pendleton Twp. age 47 living with Mary and five children.  The farm is valued at $1000 and personal estate at $400.

1880 Jefferson Co., IL - Webber Twp., age 58.  Minor is living with his third wife Jane, three of his children and stepchildren of both Catherine Haney and Jane Mathis. All the children appear with the Butler surname.
