In Memoriam - December 21st

1493 Sir Robert Alger at Brasenhead, England.  He was the son of William Alger.  Robert married Margaret (--?--)  and they two children William & Agnes.

1715 Abigail (--?--) Dodson Lathrop age 72 in Boston, MA, the wife of Barnabas Lathrop.  She was born in 1643.

1862 Mary Gurley the thirteen year old daughter of John & Martha Gurley in Massac Co., IL.  She was born in Illinois in 1849 and is buried in Gurley Cemetery in Massac Co., IL.

1874 Jacob Smith the three year old son of Jacob & Margaret (Wood) Smith.

1874 Cora Smith the 8 month old daughter of Jacob & Margaret (Wood) Smith, sister of Jacob above.  The children are buried in Ingraham, IL.

1887 Elizabeth (Young) Hobbs age 89, she was born in 1798.  She was the daughter of Jacob & Rachel (Goodnight) Young.  Elizabeth was married to Nicholas Hobbs.

1971 Herschel Wilfong age 58 in Clay Co., IL the son of Chester & Laura (Freese) Wilfong.  He was born in Flora, IL in 1913.  Herschel is buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Flora, IL.

1978 William Kiley the husband of Helen Robertson.  The couple had three children: Thomas, Lynnda and John.
