1538 Alice (?) Perkins buried at St. John the Baptist Church in Rugby, England.  She was the wife of Thomas Perkins and the mother of Henry, Joan and Juliana Perkins.

1622 James Morehead of Lauchope son of James & Jean (Fleming) Morehead, age 92.  He was born ca. 1530 in Lauchope, Scotland.  He married Margaret Cunninghame and they had at least six children: James, Claud, unnamed son, Elizabeth, Margaret and David.  James was considered a rebel who supported Mary Queen of Scots.  He offered refuge to James Hamilton of Bothwellhaugh who assassinated James Stewart who was serving as regent.  Several warrants were sworn for his arrest between 1572 and 1585 unless he and Hamilton disbanded their forces in the civil war. The rebels land was forfeited to the crown and the families generally ruined.

1752 John Blackburn in Menallen, PA age 77.  He was born in Loughall, Ireland ca. 1675 the son of John & Elizabeth Blackburn.  He married Rachel Morton and they had eight children:  William, Anthony, Abigail, Elinor, Samuel, Joseph, John and Rachel.  The family were Quakers or Friends and immigrated to Pennsylvania.  He is buried in the old Menallen Friends Burying Ground in Pennsylvania.

 

Mary (Janes) Powell left & Rowland Powell right

1813 Mary (Janes) Powell in Richford, VT the daughter of Jonathan & Irene (Bradford) Janes, she was 60.  Born in Lebanon, CT in 1753 she married Rowland Powell and they had eleven children:  Anna, Horatio, Lucy, Elfleda, Chester, Horace, Bradford, John, Mary, Cynthia and Prosper.  Mary is buried in the Troy Street Cemetery in Richford, VT.

1933 Eliza (Sefton) Colclasure age 95 in Clay Co., IL.  She was born in Indiana in 1838 and married Richard Colclasure.  They had two children:  Edward and Lottie. 

1965 Hannah Etta (Robertson) Johnson daughter of James & Mary (Maulding) Robertson age 87 in Carmi, IL.  She was born in Wayne Co., IL in 1878 and married Charles Johnson.  They had eight children: Elmer, Emery, Edgar, Ivy, Eugene, Ernest, Archie and Susan.  Etta is buried in Farmsworth / Mt. Zion Cemetery in Wayne Co., IL.

1982 Violet (Robertson) Edmison age 74 the daughter of John & Rose (Moore) Robertson.  She married Herb Edmison and they had a daughter Geraldine.  Violet is buried in Thomason Cemetery in Wayne City, IL.
