1879 John Goodnight
in Henderson Co., IL age 85. He was born
in Lincoln Co., KY in 1794 the son of Jacob & Elizabeth (Hoover)
Goodnight. John married 1) Rhode Brown
in 1820, 2) Agnes Jones in 1825 and he had eight children: Isaac, Sarah,
Elizabeth, Mary, Martha, Amanda, Thomas and Frances.
1909 Clarinda
(Lathrop) Bryan Cotterell age 75 in Illinois.
She was born in Canada in 1833 the daughter of Russell & Cynthia
(Powell) Lathrop. She married 1) Joseph
Bryan in 1861 2 Abraham Cotterell in 1874.
She had two sons: William Bryan and Omer Cotterell. She is buried in Amity Cemetery in Richland Co., IL.
