1839 Mary Quinn the daughter of John & Roxanne (Brooks) Quinn in Muskingum Co., OH.  She died in 1840 and is buried in McGinnis Cemetery in Muskingum Co., OH.

1897 Austin Matney in Carrollton, MO the daughter of Orville & Louisa (Brown) Matney.  He married Viola Baden.  

Magdelene Smith the daughter of John & Effie (Montoney) Smith.  She married Lindell Snell and they have three children.

Marriages:

1639 Thomas Lathrop & Sarah (Larned) Ewer in Boston, MA.  Thomas born ca. 1621 in Egerton, England was the son of Rev. John & Hannah (House) Lathrop.  He came to Massachusets at age 13.  He worked as a surveyor in Barnstable.  Thomas died in 1707.

1650 Joseph Lathrop & Mary Ansell in Barnstable, MA.  Joseph the son of Rev. John & Hannah (House) Lathrop was born in London in 1624.  Joseph kept an ordinary or a tavern in Barnstable, MA.  Most colonials drank beer because water quality was questionable and beer was a safer alternative.  He was selected constable in 1664 and receiver of excise in 1667.  Joseph died in Barnstable in ca. 1701.

1793 Adam Bowers & Elizabeth Young.  Elizabeth born ca. 1773 was the daughter of John & Ann (?) Young. 

1853 Shelby Cornwell & Mary Cornwell.  Shelby was born 1810 in Shelby Co., KY the son of John & Mary (Wolfe) Cornwell.  Mary the daughter of Simon & Mary (Wolfe) Cornwell was born in 1835.  They had 15 children.  Mary died in Orange Co., IN in 1891 and Shelby died there in 1893.  They are buried in Stamper Creek Cemetery with many other Cornwells and Wolfes.  These two families intermarried many times and it is very difficult to sort them all out.
