 1613 Gov. William Bradford & Dorothy May in Leiden, Netherlands.  William the son of William & Alice (Hanson) Bradford was born in 1588 in Yorkshire, England.  The couple had a son in the Netherlands before immigrating on the Mayflower.  Dorothy died Dec. 7, 1620 shortly after the arrival of the Mayflower.  There is some speculation that she may have committed suicide.  William survived the first winter in Plymouth and was made governor of the colony.  He married 2) Alice Carpenter in 1623.  They had three children.  William died in Plymouth in 1657.

1884 Gustav Suter & Itha Smith.  Gustave the son of Gustav & Eloise (Hoyer) Suter was born in Marine, IL in 1862.  Itha was born 1866 in Madison Co., IL the daughter of John & Susannah (Smart) Smith.  They had at least one daughter.  Gustave died in St. Jacob, IL in 1918 and Itha died there in 1923.
