Happy, happy birthday!

1857 Sara Miller in Moores Vinyard, IN the daughter of William & Jane (Edwards) Miller.

1886 Jennie Robertson the daughter of James & Mary (Maulding) Robertson in Wayne Co., IL.  She married Lee Johnson ca. 1907 and had one son.  Jennie died in 1969 and is buried in Salem / Mateer Cemetery in Wayne Co., IL.

1903 Ivy Johnson in Wayne Co., IL the daughter of Charles & Hannah (Robertson) Johnson.  She was a school teacher.  Ivy died in 1988 in Evansville, IN and is buried at Zion Church Cemetery.

Ivy (Johnson) Braddy at Oak Grove School

This picture was taken at the back of the 1st & 2nd grade classroom at Oak Grove School ca. 1966 when my brother was in her second grade class.  This table was used for reading groups and art projects.  Mrs. Braddy as we called her at school, was preparing an Easter art project.  She retired the year before I went started school.

Marriages:

1811 Solomon Hobbs & Mary Young. Mary born 1793 was the daughter of Jacob & Rachel (Goodnight) Young.  She died in 1873.

1871 Jacob Wener & Louisa Probst in Posey Co., IL.  Louisa the daughter of Andrew & Sophia (?) Probst was born 1851 in Germany.  This was her second marriage.  She died in White Co., IL in 1923 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville, IN.

1880 William Wilson & Mary Heath.  William born 1838 in Indiana was the son of Alexander & Lorena (Cornwell) Wilson.  Mary was his second wife.  They had a daughter.  William died in Clay Co., IL in 1899.
