Happy birthday to . . . 

1651 John Loomis in Windsor, CT the son of Joseph Loomis.  He died in Windsor, CT in 1732.

1683 Margaret Lathrop daughter of Samuel & Hannah (Adgate) Lathrop.  She died in 1696 at age 12.

1723 Elizabeth Morehead daughter of Alexander Morehead in Northumberland Co., VA.


1841 Thomas Morgan in Muhlenberg Co., KY the oldest child of William & Mary (Lovell) Morgan. He was reared on a farm, and attended the common schools when not engaged in the duties incident to farm life; he lived with his parents until he became of age; was elected constable in the spring of 1862, and filled the position six years; in 1868, was elected sheriff of the county; collected the first railroad tax in the county; and served as deputy sheriff one term.  In December, 1875, he engaged in the dry goods and grocery business in Greenville, which he still follows; has during the time been engaged in the manufacture of tobacco.  He owned two farms of 270 acres, also a residence and store in Greenville.  He and his wife were Cumberland Presbyterians and he was a member of the F.&A.M. and Golden Cross.

1848 James Runyon son of James & Nancy (Young) Runyon in Jefferson Co. KY.  He died in 1880 and is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Oldham Co., KY.

1894 Charles Zeller son of John & Clara (Erkman) Zeller in East Lake, AR.  He married Inez Havett and died in 1974.

Marriages:

1696 Jonathan Brown & Mindwell Loomis in Connecticut.  Jonathan was born in 1670.  Midnwell the daughter of Nathaniel & Elizabeth (Moore) Loomis was born in Windsor, CT in 1673.  She died in 1709 in Connecticut.

1891 de Lafayette Fitzgerald & Lillian Halberstadt in Iola, IL.  Lafe Fitzgerald was the son of William & Emily (Smith) Fitzgerald born 1869 in Louisville, IL.  Lillian was born 1873 in Finlay, IL.  The couple had six children.  Lillian died 1958 in Joliet, IL and is buried in Iola, IL.  Lafe died in Weber Sanitarium in Iola, IL and is buried in  Iola Cemetery.
