Happy birthday to you . . . 

1649 Sgt. Thomas Leffingwell in Saybrook, CT the son of Thomas & Mary (White) Leffingwell.  William Cutter provides the following biographical sketch:

In 1660 he went with his father to Norwich, where he lived the rest of his life.  He was admitted a freeman in 1671, and was representative to the general court.  He lived near his father, and in 1700 his house was kept as an ordinary or inn.  The inventory of his estate shows him to have been well to do for those days.  He married in 1672 Mary Bushnell, born at Saybrook, January 1655, died September 2, 1745, daughter of Richard & Mary (Marvin) Bushnell.   Thomas died in Norwich, CT in 1723/24.

1815 Mary Clark daughter of Samuel & Phebe (Sayre) Clark.  She died at age 8 in 1823.

1866 Samuel Maier son of Joseph & Clara (Erkman) Maier.  He died 11 days later.

1883 Daisy Caudle daughter of Abraham & Mary (Lewis) Caudle in Lawrence Co. IL.  She married 1) ? Van Gilder and had a daughter.  Daisy married 2) Mont Lathrop in 1907 and they had 10 children.  She died 1979 in Olney, IL and is buried in Haven Hill Cemetery, Richland Co. IL.

1892 Charles Miller in Stamford, NE the son of William & Ida (Upson) Miller.  Charles married Effie Williams and had two children.  

 1955 John Robertson & Evelyn Rippenhoff in Colorado.  John born 1919 was the son of Amos & Lula (Cravens) Robertson.  He committed suicide in 2003.

1983 Doug Porter & Willa Beach in Santa Fe, NM.  Doug is the son of Eshmal & Betty (Lathrop) Porter.  Doug and Willa divorced ca. 1992.
