Happy Valentine's Day . . . so we'll do the anniversaries first!

1904 John Smith & Sophia Schmidt.  John was the son of James & Elizabeth (Boliger) Smith.  He and Sophia had 6 children.  She died in 1947 and he in 1953.

1932 Donald Kelley & Vera Courtright in Mt. Vernon, IL.  Vera was the daughter of Stokely & Gladys (Fields) Courtright.  The couple had 2 children. Donald died in 1993 and Vera died in 2002 in Prescott Valley, AZ.

1640 Abigail More daughter of Deacon John & Abigail Moore

1656 Samuel Gallop son of Samuel & Mary (Philips) Gallop

1798 Hannah Clark daughter of Samuel & Mary (Darby) Clark, died 1881 Clinton, MO.  She married William Carpenter in Scioto Co. OH in 1812.  They moved to Gashland, MO which is now the northern part of Kansas City, MO.  They are buried in the Gash Cemetery behind the Red Lobster.

1819 Mary Frances Parrish in Davidson/Rowan Co. NC daughter of Ezekiel & Temperance (Perry) Parrish, died 1905 Jefferson Co. IL.  The Parrish family migrated with the Wright family to Putnam Co. IN ca. 1828.  Here Mary Frances met and married John Gentle in 1836.  The couple lived in Park Co. IN, Vermilion Co. IL, Wayne Co. IL, Edgar Co. IL and ended up in Jefferson Co. IL.  They had at 14 children.

1867 David Fitzgerald son of W.H.H. & Emily (Smith) Fitzgerald.  He married America Rinehart and died in 1911.

1904 Ethel Dulaney daughter of William & Ida (Lathrop) Dulaney

1922 Ida Downen in Madison Co. IL daughter of Alva & Edna (Legg) Downen, died 1990 in Fairfield, IL.  She married Edward Butler and they had 7 children.

1931 Ruby Haile in Dahlgren, IL daughter of Fred & Mary (Calvin) Haile, died 2009, Fairfield, IL.  She married Verschel Shaw in 1949 in Jefferson Co. IL.  They had 7 children.
